Such General Conditions of Service are often amended by HARRADYNAMICS from those provided on Our Site from time to time. HARRADYNAMICS therefore does not make any explicit or implied agreement to undertake works for a fee based on information obtained from Our Site, which by definition is indicative and for general information purposes only.
HARRADYNAMICS will only enter into a contract when both HARRADYNAMICS and the Client agree to all terms, conditions, and warranties and those terms, conditions, and warranties conform to common law definitions and Acts of Parliament as applied in the State of Queensland, Australia.
HARRADYNAMICS applies contractual terms and conditions that commonly overlap with the Standards Australia AS4122 – 2010 agreement. However HARRADYNAMICS also applies FIDIC and other internationally accepted contract conditions for works undertaken outside of Australian legal jurisdictions.
